Yes they are very cheap rigth now and you can get quick and easy stat boosts

Pro: Can get up to +5 for every stats per scroll Costs less Con: Stats can decrease by up to 5 for every stat per scroll There's the Pro's and the Con's . My Personal opinion; Don't. Just like Laurie said, wait for a Targa and use an Advanced Potential , hope not to blow it up...(250m gone...) If it works cube it till you get 6% luk +

Targa's are only 50-60 mil O.o in khaini at least
