I looked through the GMS .wz files and I found out that the Time Traveler's medal is gonna have those 10 att 10 m.att stats, not the 2 2 2 2 ones. This is what it says in the data: incMAD: 10 incPAD: 10 Which I think means increase Magic damage and increase Physical damage. In every other medals in the data it says for example: incSTR 2, incDEX 2, incLUK 2, incINT 2; which means 2 str, 2 dex, 2 luk, 2 int (surprise!). Soo this is my theory on the Time Traveler's medal. They should've already changed the data if they wanted the 2/2/2/2 medal instead of the 10 att/m.att one, because the event came out recently. If it was illegal to look in the .wz files, sites like basilmarket, hidden-street, mapletip, bannedstory, etc would be doing something illegal.

the following post is based off of heresay, please take it with a grain of salt. as far as I know, in the places where the 10 ATT medal was changed, it was changed in an emergency server check/patch that happened after stage 4 came out, because dr.bing wasn't located in omega sector like he should have been. so the .wz data now wouldn't have a 2/2/2/2 medal in it.

Look at the spirit Diviner Medal. It gives 10 weapons and magic defense. If it is tagged with the incMAD and incPAD, then it's defense.

MAD = Magical Attack {DEFENCE}. PAD = Physical Attack {DEFENCE}. It's probably a mistake or, who knows. We shall find out soon enough!

Ok, heres proof for incPAD and incPDD if you need proof . check the stats on basil or something. names of equips : Red Martial Arts Pants and Traus. This pic proofs it.
