Why was I banned>?

I bought 5k NX throught eh nexon website last Friday I used 700 of it on an Owl of Minerva I was working on my Page (lvl 31 Hp Page) and got off I tried to get on Saturday and I was banned I reported it to the website and it stil says work in progress, but the last time it says they looked at it was yesterday at 11am does anyone knwo why they blocked me? I wasn't using bots or hacks I cpq'd 1 level and now I can't get on wtf?

I was hoping for something useful not ignorant remarks and it doesn't say it just says "your account has been blocked for any billing or payment issues please contact billingpp@nexon.net "

Yeah there are many more problems with being banned when using paypal than when redeeming codes off cards, so try to avoid using paypal

Did you use a stolen credit card (possibly your parent's)? They could've withdrew the payment, thus screwing you over.

I was irritated earlier I didn't mean to poast it like that. I had my mom do the paypal for me I didn't steal her card I sent an email and it said that the payment didnt go trough which makes no sence since I know we had it on the card I'm just never buying paypal again I buy it one time and get screwed
