Spadow posted on his blog today that the Empress's Strengthening skill (allows you to wear items 10 levels above you) and the special Class Cygnus skill, are available to all regular Adventurers after the completion of a couple of painfully difficult quests started at lv70. Source

I got a question, wind pierce required eagle eye for cygnus. So i assume for bowmen that it is not necessary for usage of wind pierce?

CKs give like...blessing of ereve or something thats like double blessing of fairy. so you got a lvl 60 CK it gives 12 att etc. its completely seperate from blessing of fairy so both skills will show up in your beginner skills, but its been proven they dont stack

my biggest question is, will my normal adventurer get level 24 blessing, because i have a level 120 cygnus knight?

It's which ever is higher that works too, i believe.
