The luckiest guy on the planet would probably have terminal cancer, had about a week left, decided to go scuba diving for the last time, because it was his lifes passion, then while diving, he gets attacked by a shark, the sharks blood mixes in with his own dna, creating a bacteria that destroyed the cancer cells inside the man. The man then is overjoyed, and tells his wife, who worked part time at a local store. The store had some lottery tickets, so the man bought one. The powerball was 300 million, and the man wins. Thinking that his luck probably ran out by now, he decided to store all of the 300 million into a bank. He then gets randomly chosen for a cryogenic time experiment. He gets frozen in a capsule, and it released 1000 years later. At this time, they still use the form of currency his times used. This bank's interested added up over the years, and he had near 100 billion dollars. He then buys a new computer, installs maple story, and gets the rarest exp hair and eyes in 1 go. THAT is the luckiest man on the planet. This is a true story based on Hitler's ruling.
