Machlear VS PSB

Ive been hearing around in game and on SW that after BB the machlear will no longer require tablets to be scrolled with so my question is would a psb or a machlear perfectly scolled be better, this being if they no longer need tabelts. Thanks to any posters.

Get a PSB. It has fast speed attack, which is ideal for an Aran.

Neither - you'd be better off with a Crimson Arcglaive, Reverse Diesra or VIP Polearm. Why? I'll explain... Why not the Machlear? The Machlear is a durability item. This means that eventually, it breaks and you must pay a LOT of mesos to fix it... ON TOP of buying it in the first place. It's an extremely costly weapon. Why not the Purple Snowboard? This one is considerably easier to answer... the reason you shouldn't bother looking for a Purple Snowboars is because YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO FIND ONE! They are one of the rarest pole arms in the game currently and the players who have them plan to keep them. They are mind-bogglingly expensive if you DO happen to find one in shop! The Crimson Arcglaive, Reverse Diesra of VIP Polearm would be more likely options...

[/quote] I do agree on your points but for the Machlear I heard you can train like 8 hours which is pretty good for it to go down to 0%.

Crimson Arcglaive would be the best in this situation. It beats a Machlear any day because 4.8m everytime it drops to 0 eventually stacks up. Whether you are rich or not, It affects your pocket still. I find if funny because you made a post about PSB or Crimson Arcglaive already, and seeing how you are still trying to aim for a PSB must mean that you can get one from a friend, or you're using an enormous amount to bribe someone for theirs. Regardless it's your choice, I don't care what you do with your money. My opinion is Crimson is the best end game weapon.

Meaning if the PSB event does happen again (their is a large chance it will happen before/after bigbang), and if the Machlear no longer needs talblets. The reason I would still use the machlear even thoe i have to reapir it is I would only use it for bossing witch is my main source of leveling. So could any one please tell me if I had a 144 attack PSB and a 150 attack machlear what would overall provide me with better damage.

[/quote] The PSB obviously, you'd need a 170+ att Maclear to even THINK about comparing

At above, the PSB is only 1 speed more, and from what ive heard 1 speed is equal to 10-14 attack.

Just by auto attacking, a PSB is about 10%+ faster than a glaive/machlear. 10 attack is currently less than 5% of my range. Not only that, faster attack speed means faster combos and the quicker you can recover from attacking. But then again, it is all relative. That was based on my range. I currently get about 55 damage per attack at 11.6k max range, but at 5k max I got about 45 damage per attack.
