I have a question ,can i use any skill on my to be UA. If not should i make a tb and then a slinger or a dawn warrior and then a dk?

Your UA can be any character. it does NOT have to correspond to your CK.

nope~ get any CK to 120 and the UA is a job you pick as for the skills that the UA will have, i think its predetermined but idk for sure

UA can be with any class, regardless of your Cygnus.

No matter what cygnus character you make, you can make any adventurer. The skill you get on that adventurer depends on the class of adventurer you choose. So no flame gears on a bowman, no electrosharks on an assassin, no vampire bats on a brawler, etc.
