Do the rings drop in the level 30+ one? And if they do can it drop up to like the highest level rings and vip weapons?

My friend got a ring drop from the 30+ one. And a Mage shield.

all the equips drop in every PQ, just the levels are diffrent for the equip drops in each 30+ = 1st unwelcome 60+= 2nd- Last Unwelcome 120+= Last Unwelcome- VIP I think
