How Can people be so greedy?

Well this is my rant on how people are so greedy in this game. Well today I wake up, eat some breakfast and get on maple to get my alien pqs out of the way before I go to work. So I usually do a 2 person 60+ pq so we can split the drops so it suits us both. I decide to let the guy choose which mini boss he wants and he chooses, so I get whatever is left over. So we beat the two minibosses, I get a dagger and he doesn't get anything. So in the final boss, it drops a pendant, me being kind let the guy pick it up, how nice right? Well after that pq I get ready and head to work and blah blah blah. So I get home and get on maple after work to get my last pq in before heading to bed. So I get a partner, I let him choose which one he wants, me being nice again, so we kill his boss, he gets a drop, we kill mine and I get nothing. Whatever right? Well we get to final boss, my partner takes his sweet time respawning and doesn't even attack the boss. Im getting killed over and over without any help, so I finally manage to kill the boss and I'm chained up and as soon as he dies, he drops a black ring. My "partner" without putting any effort came over and took the ring saying "sweet" and leaves the party. Me without any items and him with a ring and a lvl 107 bow. Why are people so greedy and don't even appreciate anything in this game? GG, sorry for my first wall of text T_T it's just that these kinds of things are what piss me off.

I actually read it. Well, its kind of your fault, when I see that a party member is hiding in the final boss, I stop attacking until he comes back D:. And about the minibosses, IMO if you dont get anything from the miniboss it doesn't matter, final boss should be FFA o.o. That's what I think

This is why I only go on PQ's with friends. Should have just done all 3 PQ's after you got out of work. Sorry to hear about your experience. MazeNinjas : Regardless if the item is worth 10mill at the most, if you had your chance at looting something before fighting the final boss, and the other person didn't receive anything, you should have the decency to step back and let the other player(s) get a chance at getting an item. How would you feel if I took you into a PQ and I looted everything and said "sorry dude, I need these things"? 1Bill or not, if he looted the ring, he should have at least coughed the Bow up.

I had a similar experience. I went in with a nightlord who really didn't know what he was doing. We killed the first boss (Aran) and he dropped a spear. I picked it up, and he complained that he wanted it. Feeling somewhat generous, I said if any other items drop, I'd give him the spear. Well, we killed the Evan boss, and a bow dropped. I picked up the bow, and gave him the spear. He complained, and said he would rather have the bow. This time, I said no. Finally, we killed the boss, and he dropped the level 67 pendant. Since I was dead at the time, he picked it up. He's now got a spear and a necklace, and you know what he says? "No fair, you got better stuff." Seriously?

lol man it sucks, but hope this teaches u lesson being nice in a videogame, where you cant get physically hurt, wont get you real far in a videogame, people know they can get away with anything, so u have to be ready for them being nice doesnt get u too far

This is why i solo the 60 PQ with 2 of my own characters. All the drops belong to me, no need to worry about greedy little maplers.
