For example is lvl 120 att sparta better or 101 att sparta with 9% dmg potiential?

Your first sword is better because 9% damage only counts for what is on the sword. Otherwise, if you have a 9% total damage it would include additional attack from gloves, shoes, capes, shield, and skills.
