4% Critical rate?

| The skill you got at lvl 30, it just adds % chance of a critical happening. It stacks with everything. |

| Its differrent for DrK than a bm. We already critical most of the time so that extra crit% is actually very helpful. And Im not sure what single stats other than 30% damage to bosses can add a larger chunk to your damage than %total damage? |
