My Vindictus Experience

When I heard about Vindictus, I thought, i have to try this game. This is my experience as follows: 9/16/10: Accepeted into Open beta and got a key! *Logs in after many attempts* *Turns graphic options down* Game is too laggy to play, even with a new, fast computer and turned down graphics. I'm talking not even being able to move without a lag spike. Then it crashed. 9/17/10:*Second Attempt* *Logs into West Server* "Server has timed out, please try again later." *repeats* *same message. *Logs into East Server* "You have been disconnected from the server. Please try again later." *repeats* same message. It crashed. 9/18/10: *Third Attempt* I raged and uninstalled it, then tried again and reinstalled it. Once it was downloaded, I had to patch it. When I try to patch it, I get an error message saying the patch failed. I am unable to install the game, log in, or play. Does Vindictus just hate me?

I have been played since Wednesday when the beta opened and I have no problems except for a HackShield error that I can fix easily by disabling my external network.
