When could I possibly be able to start skeles?

Would it be pretty much when I have the HP to train there? Also what would be the training method there? I know I won't be able to right now at lvl 91 but just looking ahead to 100+

They were hitting me 3.4k with magic at level 108.

They almost 1HKO'd me with their magic att at my level. So I'm guessing after getting 1 ship.

I strongly recommend not bothering with skele until you have a lvl 1 ele boost and torpedo Its extremely tedious

u can try skele at 120 with 1 ele 1 ship 1 torpedo and after get torpedo to 21 (and maybe get 1 rapid fire 1 air strikefor fun in between) and then max cannon u level really fast

I have not tried skeles just on the fact that I'm getting 80%/30min on 4x of course at Newties. The exp seems great compared to the amount of work you put in. My outlaw is 99 atm and lvling extremely fast.
