How do you get Magnifying Glasses?

Ok, I have been out of the game for a couple of months. How/where do you get magnifying glass for potential items? I have searched Basil but cannot find any postings.

You can buy in FM for about 1m each. jkjjk Just go to a pot shop and buy it.
