Should I scroll my gloves?

Well I have these 12 attk valefor gloves :3 unhammered. But, today I logged onto maplestory and obtained a free hammer so i hammered the gloves so my question is should I use a 30% it and pray it works or dies! Or should i just use a boring 60%? Edit I made it into 15 attk valefor gloves hammered once and potential'd 3 lines sadly it's level 10

1.dont u read the description on chaos scrolls? can alter item for better or for worse.(it can lower pac atk) 2. she edited and made it 15 ay 3 lined potential 3. why did u potential it?=D
