Hey guys... (warning... wall of text...) So, I just got on maple after not being able to get on because of school to have some fun. I started to kill snails with my newly earned strafe to find that my damage is exceptionally low... I checked my equips and my wg isnt 8 atck anymore, but just 2 weapon def, and my overall is just an nx overall, my xbow is a lvl 20 xbow... my money that I spent months saving for a hog is gone. I got hacked... Personally, I was devastated. I believe that I am a hardworking player. I spend months saving to a zhelm, my bow, my work gloves. They weren't that good either, but they were a symbol, a status that I had achieved something in the game... I never used nx to get equips, I just thought it wasnt as fair... and now all that effort is gone... anyway... now i really don't know what to do. My friends offered to help me get my stuff back but it isn't the same, and I'd feel really bad.... Every individual equip that I had, had a story behind it. I didnt get them for the damage either... anyway... Should I quit? I really wanted to get arrow erruption, but now I don't even have money or equips to train.... Opinions?

Meh. Firstly, I'm really sorry for your loss, it must suck to be hacked. And especially when you were going to log on for the first time in a while... Anyways, I don't think you should quit. If you do, who wins? You surely don't, you aren't having the pleasure of playing MapleStory (from the look of it, you enjoy it). What about the hacker? S/he has your stuff, and you quit? Win-win for him/her. I think you should try and get even better than before. If anything, it'll be proof of your determination, and you'll have worked equally as hard to get where you are now!

Thanks for the support guys. I don't know anymore. I worked so hard for it. And I'm noob. I don't have any other characters or money anywhere else like others. This was my first good character... It's kinda a big blow...
