how do you buy/sell exp buff without being scammed?

i always buy and sell exp buff... everytime i buy i pay them the money and then they scam me... when i sell buff i get scammed the other way around. call me an idiot or whatever but im just trying to make money...

i got scammed a few times while selling some 2x i sell 2x but i dont go on that often due to school xP.

I make them pay first. And no, I don't scam. Although people have attempted to scam me before lol. Also I usually just make a listing on basil saying S>2x exp rep. But again, I make them pay first.

if ur selling and dont wanna get scammed make them ALWAYS pay 1st if they dont want to dont give them 2x then makes no sense to waste like 5min paying for buff so chances r they will scam

As they all said, sell to friends/guild. Always get the money 1st when you're selling, this is the advantage over the buyer. When you buy, buy from a friend or someone recommended from a friend of yours is actually better than a complete stranger, isn't it? =] Hope it Helps GL~
