4th Job Skills after BB

I heard somewhere on basil not too long ago that after the BB patch, 4th job skills won't need to be unlocked anymore, meaning that you get all of your 4th job skills right when you job advance. Anyone know if this is true? It's really annoying trying to get Holy Charge..>.<

It is true. You will still need Mastery Books, though.

However, it doesn't mention whether this rule applies to people who have 4th job advanced before the bb patch. It mentions that they are unlocked immediately upon job advancing. Will people that have yet to unlock the skills and are 4th job be compensated?

The quests for my job weren't so bad, but the Snipe one was hell T.T. I'd like to not use Mastery Books though

I just read it in the Big Bang Guide. It says that we have all of our skills as soon as we advance but we still need mastery books.

But what if you advanced before BB patch? Will we still need to unlock our skills? It says that you unlock all skills right when you 4th job advance so i dunnoo...
