| So basically there is three ways of getting an item potential. 1) Find the item with a hidden potential already. 2) Use a scroll. 2.a) Use a Normal Potential Scroll (70% chance of giving you potential and 30% of blowing the item.) 2.b) Use a Advance Potential Scroll (90% chance of giving you potential and 10% of blowing the item.) Once you get the Hidden Potential on the item use the magnify glass (available in any potion shop). Once you get the magnify glass double click the glass and then curser becomes that then click item. If the item has 2 lines it will have 2 lines FOREVER. If the item has 3 lines it will have 3 lines FOREVER! There is no way of making a 2 line to a 3 line. If you do not like the stats on the item you can buy from cash shop a Cube to reset the cube. (Note that the amount of lines does not get reseted.) Reseting is 100%. There is 3 values of an item Rare, Epic or Unique. If an item is Rare you can cube it to have a chance of the item being Epic or Unique. If the chance fails it will still be Rare. If the item is Epic you can cube it to have a chance of the item being Unique. If the chance fails it will still be Epic. So it can never go down in Rare, Epic or Unique wise but it will stay the same or go up. If the item is Rare it will have okay stats but not really "WOW" stats. There is stats cap but I do not know them. If the item is Epic it will be better stats and you might be proud of it. There is stats cap but I do not know them. If the item is Unique it will have amazing stats and you want it better. There is stats cap but I do not know them. Higher level items give better stats than lower level items. Level 0 - 30 gives you stats that will be like "meh free stats" Level 31 - 70 gives you better but not amazing stats Level 71 - 120 gives you nice stats might make you smile Level 121+ will give you stats that might mind blow you... |

| You're talking about equip ENHANCEMENT scrolls? Those are completely different. Equip enhancement scrolls are kind of like chaos scrolls. When you use an enhancement scroll on an equip, it will randomly add (and ONLY add) stats to your equip. So if you used a scroll on a 2 ATT PAC, there's a chance it could turn into a 3 ATT, or even 4 ATT. However, there are a few downsides to enhancement scrolls: 1) There is a failure rate. Every time you pass a scroll, the success rate for that item goes down. So let's say you have a PAC you scrolled with enhancements three times. The first time the chance for success would be 80%; the second time it would be 70%, the third time 60%, and so on. 2) If you fail a scroll, your item blows up. No 50% chance like dark scrolls, it's 100% that the item will boom. 3) You can only use enhancement scrolls on items with zero slots. It doesn't matter if they have been hammered or not, just as long as they have 0 slots. There are two types of enhancement scrolls: Regular and Advanced. Regular are the most common, whole advanced are a rare drop from chaos zakum and chaos horntail. The advanced scroll has higher percent chance of success on items. Hope this helps! |
