Dual Blade Equip Help

Alright, so I'm a level 51 dual blade. My damage range is AROUND 650-1000 (yes I know I suck) Anyway, I've very unfunded, with only about 3 mil total. However, I do have 1-2 steelies and a couple of tobis I might want to sell. My Equips are: Clean Valefor hat Level 50 Clean Top (potentialed, EXTRA +3 stats in all) = Around +6 luk and + 4 dex Level 50 Clean Bottom 6 ATK WG Clean Level 50 Blade Clean Level 50 Katara Level 40 Theif Shoes (potentialed, + something HP) Clean Earings (potentialed, +2 dex) As you can see, my equips suck. So, with my low funding, in order to maximize my damage, what should I do? Scroll my equips? Or what? All help would be appreciated! Also, where should I train?

I'm not trying to show off but do you guys think I should grind to 70 then upgrade or upgrade now then grind. Btw my dmg range is 761-1327
