Windmills are about flexibility, momentum, and a little bit of strength. Flares are more difficult imo.

lol ... Dude Windmills is like barely any arm strength and it's preference but it's been said that it's easier to learn mills first

yeah flares sometimes gotta be stronger to do even 1 since only your hands touch the ground. and.. i usually am on from 5pm-9/10pm Pst

i have really clean windmills, but flares are a whole different story. Flares > Mills in terms of continuing and starting for sure. Flares require massive amounts of stamina, strength,and balance.
