Arcglaive vs. Alchupiz

Seeing as how, Sky skis aren't exactly a dime a dozen, would a crimson arcglaive, with its equivalent speed and higher base attack, along with latent speed, be better or at least on par with a reverse alchupiz? Since the stab/slash is gone, how would a 147 arcglaive stack up against a 163 attack reverse for dark knights, in terms of: -training speed -bossing capabilities -overall usefullness (customizability of the reverse ad lvling vs. the resell capability of an arcglaive) Thank you

I'm confused, so what would generall offer higher DPM? A 135 attack normal speed spear, or a 152 attack slow 7 speed spear?

[/quote] It may or may not, it depends on the equipment, if your appling or not, SI, and many other factors, there is a weapon calculator somewhere, but I lost the link, try googling "Maplestory weapon comparison"

slash/stab isn't gone its just 1/1 while before it was 3/2 crusher is still a forced stab so spear wins and fury is still a forced slash so pole wins not 100% sure so don't flame

the ratio to which they are refering to is the stab/slash dmg ratio where stab is stronger for spears and slashes for polearms that part is being eliminated meaning your stabs and slashes to the same damage

The 3/2 ratio remains.

And with CHTP and CZhelm, 80 dex woud be easy as pie.

Arcglaive is better for training, since its faster. Alchupiz better for boss/dmg.
