Could I get decent HB on level 100 Black Neos Pants (Warrior)?

You can get it on any pants lvl 70+ ive seen warrior pants lvl 70 with them and ive seen thief pants lvl 80 with them. So the answer is yes.

I got it on my lucida skirt last night. Yes, you can get it You're better off renting pants off someone though... its really expensive to cube your own. Only reason why I got hb on mine was because it's near impossible to find a stirge skirt X_X

You said 69+ (i think it was u, or whoever said it), in which your opinion was '70 and above'. However, he thought u meant lv69 pants included, which is was not what you intended to mean. So, he stated that it's 70+. However, there arent lv69 pants anyway (i think) so it doesnt matter. Point is, you're all making a fuss over nothing lol. Sry for typos, im on my phone.
