I sent them a ticket about 2 weeks ago and it got replied on 9-14-10 Ticket #: 19000-305773 Email Notification (Contact Info): Yes Status: Closed by GM Date Created: 8/23/2010 11:33 PM PDT Last Updated: 9/14/2010 8:28 AM PDT Ticket Description Game Selection: MapleStory Category: Tech Support Sub-Category: Login Summary: Unable to play with Windows 7 Details: Hi Nexon. I know you are probably really busy but, lots of us Windows 7 users can't log into the game. All of us hope you can look into the problem because of the compatibility. Occurence: Before game launches Attachment: Solution Solved: (9/14/2010 8:28 AM PDT) We are aware that MapleStory and Windows 7 sometimes do not get along. Below is a suggestion for running MapleStory on the Windows 7 operating system. When your computer prompts you with a message saying that MapleStory and the Windows 7 operating system have some known compatibility issues, you are given the choice to "look for solutions online" or "run program". Click "run program", and this should allow you to play MapleStory with no further issues. Should your issue persist, please submit a new ticket letting us know. Please be sure to include any error message you may have received and the exact operating system you are using so we may further investigate your issue. I hope this helps. Have a nice day. That doesnt really help you, if the game has a problem with the os of your computer, your gonna have problems. All he told you was "throw this at it and hope it sticks..."

Methinks they have a notepad file, and they have a whole bunch of answers in it, and they just CTRL+C/CTRL+V them into each ticket. I logged a ticket regarding lost login info, and they told me to fill out an email change thing, which was cool. I waited a week like it said after I submitted it, no answer. So I sent another email change, another week passes, no reply. So I open another ticket asking how long the process actually takes, and whether I'm getting my account back. They gave me the same reply to the first ticket, word for word. It's as if they didn't even read my ticket... Oh and I've since sent another 3 email change requests, no reply, so I gave up and made a new account >.<

In fact, I didn't know there was a way to run the game that didn't involve clicking the "run program" option. Seems like a half assed solution. Especially since it doesn't work, lol.
