big bang exp question

I have a different question about BB, I am currently at something around 15% on my lvl 45 dit. My question is, if exp is reduces 80% ish does that mean that if I stay at 15% then after BB will that become 75-90% because of the exp reduction or will it just go away? Sorry if I am not making myself clear, It did not sound this confusing in my head. thanks for your time

When the original exp reduction came out in GMS, my current experience was dropped to keep the ratio of current exp to exp needed the same. I would assume they will do this for the BB as well, although it won't really matter because at lvl 45, the exp needed to lvl up will be soooooooooooooooo low anyway.
