[/quote] As far as I know, the ring event ended a couple of weeks ago, the people who retrieved their ring from the cash shop late, still has the rings. But I don't really see how they didn't get their facts right, the rings was from the event, and they aren't obtainable anymore.

[/quote] Well I can't check it atm due to my ban, but before I got banned I didn't get that message with a ring when I entered the CS.

You only get the rings now if you have logged on that character at least once in the event period, IIRC.
