So does this mean we can't stay dexless/strless/ statless in general? Heard it from a friend.

No, it actually makes being statless easier, as you won't be fighting enemies too high above your level no matter what anymore.

You'll only need just a bit of dex/acc since a dexless warrior would only miss about 20% of the time (0 acc gives you a 75% chance of hitting PB that has the highest avoid).
