Chance Attack: Passive Skill?

After we get Big Bang, I see that Crusaders get a brand new skill called Chance Attack. This skill lets you do 125% more dmg to monsters that have been either frozen, stunned, or put under darkness. Is this a passive skill? I'd just like to be sure is all.

Seems a lot like the Buccaneer skill, Stun Mastery? That is passive, so I guess Chance Attack is as well.

Probably passive, if it's not passive. It's nexon. "It's Nexon -> Its Effed up, its colorful in the bad way of it" lol

It's pretty weaksauce so I'd say it's passive. If it was active I probably wouldn't even bother.

Yea, I'd figured that. But I heard Post-BB Panic can now inflict even bosses with Darkness status. If that's true, then stack Chance Attack and Enrage, and you'd be doing some nice damage.
