Theory about the "ALT+F12"

I have done a little research and have tested out a few different scenarios when it comes to the data in the little black box up right. Here are my theories about the data that you see: FS: I am 90% sure this is the Frame Rate. This tells you how many times the picture refreshes every second. The lower this number is, the laggier it might seem, the higher, the smoother. TC: I am not quite sure, but my theory behind this number is that it might have something to do with the total surface count you see on your screen. Everything in a 2D game, which anyone who has programmed with SDL knows, is built up with surfaces. Everything is a surface, even the screen, backgrounds, objects, sprites, everything. Not sure however, why it shows a decimal number, might have something to do with the time it takes and averages. But if you open a menu, you will see that count change. PC: I am 70% sure this number is your latency. Or as most gamers know it as: Ping. This number shows the time, in milliseconds, it takes from your computer to send stuff like for example your position on the map, till you get an answer from the server. My number lays up on 190 right now. This is a realistic ping number in this game. If you play with a mate on maple story, and you jump, you might notice that you don�t jump on his screen till after a little while, this is caused by latency. Your latency AND your friends latency added together. So if both of you have 200 in ping, it will take 400ms from you jump, till he sees you jump. This is almost half a second. DA: I have no idea what this is. Some people say that this has something to do with GM tracking. I can say with a 90% certainty that this rumor is a load of crap. (Pardon the language) RA: Have no idea. If you have done some research on this yourself, or actually KNOW what this is from asking GMs or Wizet staff, feel more than free to post it here.

thats in GMod/HL2 as well. still, use specialized drivers (like i use omega for my graphics card) or FRAPs though
