I submitted a ticket to Nexon to report a hacker

The in-game report seems kinda useless since several players and I reported a hacker a week ago and I still saw him/her hacking after.Therefore I decided to to submit a ticket to report this hacker I saw today. Not only he/she is a high level but also I see he/she has several high level characters on his/her basil profile. If it is true that this player has used hacking programs to get her characters to high levels withoutbeing caught so far, I will be very disappointed on Nexon about taking serious actions on hackers. Anyways, I did this because I have seen toomany hackers like this and I wanted to make our training resorts better environment. I also would like to know what our maplers would do about hacking.

But it's very difficult to report some hackers in game. For example, many of them have an auto cc so even if you wanted to report them, you could never get their ign, or get to right-click and press report ._.

I don't bother with SSing and reporting on the site, anymore. They'll take too long to respond. I do report ingame, but I kinda think it's insignificant to the hacker population. Oh well. :I

I agree with this when running through the darkest and deepest areas of sleepywood for the sleepywood explorer medal i saw alot of hackers vaccing monsters into corners killing them then ccing and repeating alot of them were 50+

well sir i'm just letting you know u can go ahead and do that but being a part time hacker myself (lol) ima just tell you it takes just around 24 hours of botting to make a lv 100 so unless this guys lv 150+ it not much damage to hackers
