Well... Really... You know her more then us. With 4 years in experience. You KNOW what she wants and what she expects so you should be able to figure this out on your own. That's unless, you don't pay attention to her.

It depends, what would you be able to do on the date? You could go on a walk with her, get coffee, go to the mall. At 13, it's pretty hard to do a bunch of stuff because you can't get a part-time job yet.
