I downloaded a whole bunch of cracked apps and when I opened iTunes, it asked if I wanted to transfer the apps. I said "Do not show again" and clicked no thanks, how do I disable this? If I try syncing my iTouch, it gets the apps deleted.

go to the apps section and tick manage manually? can't remember if you can do that with just apps, you might have to manually add music and everything. you're only dismissing the message saying it's gonna sync them one time, not actually stopping it.

Install app Sync from cydia. Then check itunes sync in the app you use to download apps. (in settings at the bottom.) I should work then. You should able to transfer your apps into itunes too afterwards. Good to always back up the apps.

Go to apptrackr.org, download the .ipa file and open it in iTunes, that way your iTunes will save them. And you can always put the apps back on your iPod when it is stuck in recovery mode for whatever the reason is.
