Math Problems I Don't Understand. =(

The problem my teacher gave me is optional but I want to know how to solve it so I'm prepared for the upcoming test. We're decomposing composite functions in my math class (Pre-Calculus Honors) and there's this one problem that I got really stuck on: f(g(x)) = (fog)(x) = |(2x+3)�| f(x) = ? g(x) = (x�-9)/(sqrt(x) -3) Find f(x). In g(x), only the x is under the square root. It's supposed to be really hard cause my teacher made a typo, but it's doable. Any Basilers care to help me out? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps me (or even tries to)! :D

Lol, that was the typo. He told us he made that mistake but we should be able to solve it even with the typo.

I just realized, you can solve the problem, but f(x) will be a polynomial w/ a denominator. And it will take me a while to work that out--Err, sorry, I have to do chem hw

The original problem (without the typo) wasn't hard, but for some reason I am having trouble to do it with the typo. I understand the concept and what it is asking to do, but the numbers given are not pretty and I still can't find a way to make g(x) morph into f(g(x)). But then again, I lost all my abilities for basic math when I started doing Calculus...
