Since no one seems to realize it, I'll fill you all in: They expire. One lasts 7 days, the other 14. It doesnt really give a crazy advantage, I suppose it is for people that are training, but want to have the equips a few levels earlier to help make it easier and more fun. Personally, I wouldnt mind using one for my elewand 5 as soon as I reach lv 125.
