Just placed an order. Got Questions.

Well I just placed in order for the iPod Touch 4g at the apple website. Here are some questions since its my first time ordering from there. well my 2nd time ordering anything online.. 1. It said it ships from 3 - 5 days. Will it go higher like for example, 6 days? 2. Okay, Heres a scenario : My parents are gone on the weekdays so Im mainly home alone with my brother the whole time. What if the delivery guy comes, will a 14 year old be able to sign it because when you order it, you gotta sign it and etc. Fin.

I think you're supposed to be 14 or somewhere around there, but they don't care. Not giving you the package means they'll have to make a 2nd trip later, something they don't want to do.

Or they'll tell you to come to the postal office and pick it up. It depends whether or not it's the UPS/FedEx.

If nobody is at home for 2-3 trips, they tell you to pick it up at the thing. I ordered a monitor online and the dude just let me sign it on this digital thing.

The delivery person doesn't care who signs as long as he/she gets a signature. & Sometimes the delivery person gives you a number of chances to answer the door for the package, but if you run out of chances, you have to go on your own time to pick up your product. & Sometimes packages take less or more time depending on your location and priority, but if it doesn't come after a LONG time, you should contact the company.

I'm guessing it's not USPS, so probably a higher chance that your package will arrive in 3 - 5 days. I've actually gotten a package from New Jersey ( I live in California) in 2 days. So, it may even come earlier
