What are the myths? What sever does she usually appear on? What map and location does she usually appear on? What time does she usually appear? Any videos will be accepted as info as long as there's a description of what I'm looking for in it, location of video, and such. An image of her or the location she appears in will be useful as well.

The White Lady is a bot catcher. It's exactly like the El Nath ice thingy....
