My lunch is the perfect lunch that will provide all 4 food groups. It comprises of the excellent chicken westerners tend to compare to every single meat they never tried before, feta cheese which smells really bad, some lettuce and a whole variety of vegetables for the leafy greens, and a tinted pair of 60% wheat sliced bread to cover all of the just mentioned. Along with that, I have an orange juice bottle which I freshly squeeze with my bare hands and I drink it right after a hearty meal.
