How do i get the owl belt? I've seen a few people with it, and there is nothing on google that tells me how i can get one. Does anyone know?

They give it to db's as an untradable equip as well as those owl earrings.

Its like a lvl 55 quest I dont remember exactly. BTW the belt is garbage unless ur dexless.

dam, so its a db thing.. well i only wanted it because I'm getting a lot of acc equips for my dk, so when i need acc i just switch to my acc equips otherwise ill use my str equips. THNX EVERYONE! ! !
