4th job BB Skills need skillbooks? 20/30s

After big bang patch, does all 4th job skills go max after job advancement or do the skills just get 10 as current max and require skill books. Does not include earlier jobs and

no idea sorry, however i do think they just stay at the current level mastery and you need to master them from there, i.e. when u take the 4th job adv they will only be at level 10, but if you have used skill books on them already, like how i have level 5 big bang, and it has the 20 capability it should stay at level 20 capability

What happens with brandish for current heroes since it gets moved down to 3rd job?

I've heard if you've worked a Brandish 20/30, that effect will transfer for Brave Slash 20/30. xD Brandish, like other 3rd job skills will not require any Mastery Books. xD
