How common is 3 line potential?

So just wondering, how common is 3 lined potential? Like 20% chance? And how big is the difference when cubing between 2 and 3 lines? Thanks.

I think its like 2line = 70% 3line = 30%

I get quite a few 3 lines o: I guess it all depends on luck.

it's not that difficult i would imagine it's like 33% chance because i noticed all my drops from botting that have potential that's usually the breakdown (2/3rds were 2 lined, and 1/3 were 3 lined)

I think its 50/50, neither is better than the other. Well yes, 3 is better than 2, but in rareness, its as likely as getting an item with avg stats, or below.

If I get a 2 line potential on the first try and cube the item is it possible to get 3 line potential?

You don't potential an item more than once. If you get something you don't like, that's when you cube it (NX) and get a new potential bonus.
