Should I 30% my cape?

Right now I have a green Napoleon with potential +2% dex, +3 dex. I have about 30 mil and I'm not sure if I should 30% it for dex or wait to buy 60%'s. 60%'s are just really rare, can't seem to find people selling them. Let me know what you guys think I should do. Edit: It blew up lol. Now I need to go make more money xD

i Have a Cape with 2% Luk 3 Luk xD and i 30% it and it worked, so i say go for it.
