Is 150k NX enough?

Is 150k NX enough to make a dexless/strless bandit?

My Characters: Veldodagger - 81 Windia Chief Bandit

[/quote] For thieves, people potential and cube their items for % luk. It would be highly inefficient to get %str and %dex on your items because Luck is your main stat, which means %Luk will provide the largest bonuses. However, if you can buy Rare potential equips with +Str or +Dex on them, then it is indeed possible to be achieve 'dexless, strless' bandit/CB/Shadower with 150k Nx. However, you may not be very strong because you will be lacking in some Weapon Attack on certain items (Cape, Shoe), unless you get lucky cubing them to get the potentials you want.

Huh,to be honest its very easy to be a dexless strless knanjar user without using up attack equip slots.150 is enough yes if you are a good merchant

[/quote] yeah you are. namely the dkhaj. don't forget even "perfect" builds have 999/23/4/4 base stats. so you can actually factor that 23 base dex or str if you have trouble getting it. and honestly the most important things are a decent helm and the beast for str dits (i assume you do want to be wearing str dit equips) that is chtp. let it deflate a bit though before you buy one. imo. You are going to have to maker and scroll some things yourself or buy some higher leveled equips at some point. It's just a major detriment to any build to not have good potenial stats these days. I don't care how low your non primary base stats are, eventually your BWG and whatever else you may wear won't cut it. TBH im not too sure if no stats in secondaries is all that viable after Potential equips are considered. Especially since dkahj users are decently high attack without having a godly pair of fs and chaos'd PAC or 20+ bwg. the sheild that starts with 15 attack makes up for a lot of that. Will it be enough? If you stretch it, and make some money while you train (and get some good deals). (if you train). Is it the best idea? or the most you could do with those funds? Probably not. EDIT: just thought id add that eventually it will be easier (and cheaper) to shift a few base stats around than completely redo equips or try to find a new chtp just because you need 1 more base str from it. Dits aren't simple ap build characters. It isn't like making a dexless warrior where it is clearly the better build if you can swing it.

The most overrated goal for Shadowers is the 'Dexless/Strless' goal. For the large majority of these Shadowers, they try to achieve the goal while weakening themselves in the process (example: Stat PAC instead of attack PAC). Just upgrade your gear and if you happen to reach the goal in the process then kudos. For the TS purposes, you probably could reach this goal with potential +stats but, as I said above, you would only be weakening your maximum potential (no pun intended) by not using % stats.

Your best bet would probably be strless, low dex Shadower as that is most likely easier to achieve with the amount of funding that you have.

Dexless and Strless is overrated and in my opinion not worth it, especially now that equips can be potentialed. The amount of % Luk and +Luk you can get with a regular build bandit is a lot higher and more cost efficient than the amount of Luk you would get from being pure Luk. On top of that, 150k NX is probably only enough to fund your D. Khanjar if you choose to get a decent one (30+ att, possibly potentialed). Stick with regular build or low dex/str. They're more efficient in general.

Ok. I am a strless and dexless bandit. I have about 5bil in funding. IMO you dont need anymore than 100k nx. you could get a 20luk robe. Get an okay dagger. 10 att wg. and a zhelm. thats all you need to be over average and trust me, you will be pwning in cpq soloing 1500 and hitting 600s on savage blow. More nx would help but it isnt needed. Plus, when you have all of your stats in luk % equips are AMAZING. my 3% luk earring gives me 20 luk. you dont even need luk equips. just a few % equips and you'll be set for the higher levels.
