Base dex for my brother's fighter?

I will make a fighter for my little brother (he might get to hero) and I won't fund it AT ALL. what his base dex should be to be able to BF well and be gody + Not needing any funds and not messing on every monster. thank you (please not too high not too low).

I decided to go dexless. he's having trouble hitting Green mushrooms at lv 16 =O

or you can try doin what i did, high dex with lots of Str equips rather than dex equips, my range was awsome (untill i blew my tomahawk) and i had 100 base dex then but now i got 65 and its still good, but my weapon sucks

Do Subani's Legacy at level 36. Easy 7-8mil or so depending on ur server. Then there's this quest in Showa you can do at level 45 (it's with the kitties and sakura, and you need like 300 fried chicken or something) which gets you a 30% Shoe Jump scroll (I think).

it really is difficult to go dexless or even low dex without much funding and considering your brother's age, it will be best if he simply follows regular dex warrior path just to enjoy the game,,,

the dana was a waste. Marbas hat is 12 str 8 acc. get some cheap potential earrings with acc on them. those two things alone with acc pills can keep you training on good places for quite a while.

try giving him 25 base dex and u gotta fund him a little dude dont be cheap ur ur blood brother give him at least 100 mil to start maple
