How do I deep fry ice cream?

I'll list what I'll be using. -flatbread -"Del Monte Sorbet and frozen yogurt" how can i deep fry the above? do i just put the ice cream in between bread and put it in the frying basket then lower it then im good? help!

Coat your ice cream with whatever you're using, so yogurt. Then wrap it around your bread, and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Then just fry it on a pan with oil.

Hmmm, last time I saw fried ice cream at a restaurant, the ice cream was in a thick shell of an unknown fried dough. I believe it was put into a freezer before being served and the they poured some alcohol on fire (no joke) on to the dough shell which made a frying sound. I'm guessing that alcohol was Japanese Saki rice wine. With a deep fryer, I'm not sure how it's gonna work. Hope this helps in for the future.

Also how long would i keep it in the deep fryer? [/quote] If it's been frozen with the bread coating, it shouldn't ooze out. It should take roughly 5~10 seconds for it to fry and golden.
