Hey guys i know there has been many threads about this recently, but this might be able to help people who didn't receive there tickets. After no seeing my name on the winners list, I just waited, hoping something would happen. Nothing did, though. This might seem like a stupid idea (knowing how good Nexon's service is) but i logged a ticket. In just 1 day, they had already replied saying they had meant to send the tickets. Anyways i got the tickets a day later. Sadly to say, this has made me think Nexon's customer service isn't horrible Hope this helps (I hope you guys dont get gachapwned like I did :/)

They replied to mine saying I wasn't elidgable. I made my account before the specified date, and played with in time period. Then they said, evidence cannot be released.

Hey Nexon, i was submitting a ticket because of the event, "The Great Gachapon Giveaway." I succesfully leveled up from 1-4 within the period of time given, however, was not awarded with the gachpon tickets. Please send the code for them, seeing as I earned them. They replied: (9/10/2010 4:38 PM PDT) I am sorry to hear you are having this issue and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. After carefully reviewing your ticket, our database indicates that you should have received your prize by now, it was sent to the registered e-mail. Please, make sure you check your spam mail. If by any reason you are still unable to find your prize, please let us know by opening up a new ticket so we can look further into this matter. Hope this helps! i logged a ticket like 3 days ago, and i check about 5 minutes ago, i didn't get my gach tickets and now i have 5 gach tickets right after reading it... wtf. scary
