Am i going to get banned? HELP

Ok, so a few days ago I got my hb pants scammed from this guy named "zubblydk". I was all sad and crud, and 3 days later [today] i see him again. He's all like "I bl3w my 11att FS wahh I quit ms" then he trades me and gives me a 9att potential PAC, a 160att pinaka [level 100 spear], 64m, a 17dex overall and some worthless potentials. Is this some sort of trick? Am I gonna get banned or something? Should I be super safe and sell it fast, then transfer the money to another account? Please help me, can he hack me with his stuff or something? Can I get banned? ALSO, HE THREATENED TO HACK ME IF I DIDNT GIVE THE PINAKA BACK WHEN I ASKED HIM IF THEY WERE HACKED, was he hacked or something?

It's no stars. its not enhanced hacks cuz there are no enhancements. Thats what im amazed about. Even if the pinaka was 110 attk clean theres so way it could be 160 attk. it has to be from potential then
