nexon selling maplestory dvds

So yeah, do you think these dvds are worth your $4.99? I think it's silly. A 2 hour game client download > dvd with some artz. They say it's a way to share the game with friends.....

At least you wouldnt have to store EVERYTHING on a flash drive somewhere and then maple doesnt work cause the data got corrupted

Would someone mind posting a link to this info? Because if it's done the way I suspect, the DVDs would only be good for one month until the next patch. Which, of course, would be a waste of five bucks. EDIT: Found the link, here it is.

The dvd only installs the game most likely. Not play the game off the cd.

All it is a client inside a disk.. I'd buy it.. it is only 5 bucks and it's MY favourite game.

O_o It's like that Spongebob episode where Spongebob and Patrick "steal" the balloons on Free Balloon day. The game is free - if you give it to someone else, Nexon loses no money, so no pirating involved.
