on MSNBC today, study comes out of the University of Saskatchewan http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eNqcwbRDcU an apparently older study which also supports this notion: http://cannabis-marijuana.com/neogenesis/index.html thoughts? (as a side note, when are news reporters going to stop giggling like children every time a story on pot is covered?)

Apparently basil still thinks you're a devil child for smoking weed, and a study is completely irrelevant because it was conducted in a Canadian university. I just I'll just go encourage the growth of brain cells & enjoy my post secondary education while you guys do whatever you do in your free time.

This may not be the case in 2010 (I don't stay on top of the pharmaceuticals market) but just a couple years ago it was thought to be more effective at preventing the onset/progression of Alzheimer's than any legal prescription drug on the market
