hi guys...i was wondering....is it posibal to transfer a charter from 1 account to another account? and what is the best way to transfer mony from an account to an other account?without getting band and all.... thanx

No, it is not. To transfer money, the best way is to do it Via Duey. There is a heavy tax, but oh well :/
