Maple quitters, come!

Well, obviously this is a spot for maple quitters..as in you've quit maple. How has your life improved from quitting maple? I'll start it off Me and my gf spend much more time together. Grades are getting a lot better. About 5-8%. You might think thats not great.. well, at least its carried me to a 4.0 GPA right? Me and my family get more time to talk to each other. I don't need to worry about when a patch is over, i can actually play w/ friends and live my life to the fullest. So, who ever has quit, tell me what your experience has been like! Also, to people that want to quit, i guess this is a motivational thread..right?

Wow thats really good results im about to quit soon haven't been on maple for like 4 weeks computer is like dead but without playing maple its made me stress less and concertrate on school work life and family yeah. OT: I'd probably quit after this year after big bang maple is getting pretty boring with all of these hackers exploits bannings yeah

Then that brought me to my senses. Quitting maple makes you express your self as a person. Sounds weird, but trust me, its good to know you don't play maple.

My life was pretty much the same since I never played much. The only change would be that I go on Facebook more and I don't procrastinate on Maple :P I still have my job and friends and stuff is what I'm trying to say.

I quit a couple times, the biggest period of being quit was 9 months. In all honesty, it was worse. I had been through my 'too-serious-about-Maple' phase, so Maple wasn't impacting upon grades or social life or anything like that, and quitting only made me miss my friends. I tried playing other games to fill in the time but Maple's great because you could log on for 15 minutes or 2 hours and it'd still be fun (to me). So I came back, and still, hasn't impacted upon my personal life. It's not the game that's the problem, it's the gamer.

[/quote] It's a general question regarding MapleStory, therefore it is in its right spot. And it's only 'bad' to talk about quitting if you're flaming/doing some hardcore hating on Nexon. The only thing happy which resulted in my quitting of the game is my bank. For my life to improve, I'm going to have to quit the internet.

Personally, i'd rather talk to my friends in person rather then type to a pixel.

Life can only progress from this point. Going back to maple at any time is a regression.

This part of the section is for MS QUESTIONS. for example, P/cs, asking for advice regarding you skills/Ap/PQ's etc. This is more fitting in the chat section.
